Rugby Festival Gulu

Tag Rugby Festival Gulu July 2010

The kids league Tag rugby festival for Gulu primary schools took place on 31st July 2010.

Ten Primary schools from Gulu district participated at this festival, each school brought 12 participants plus two sports teachers. A total of 120 pupils, 20 teachers, 4 officials from tag rugby trust and 3 TKL staff were part of this exciting festival.

Trevor Dudley - Founder / Chair :

 

In 2007, the achievements of the staff led to the Founder, Trevor Dudley, already an Ashoka Fellow for creating significant social change by his work, being awarded an MBE for his contribution to children and for promoting health and education messages through sport.
